This company sucks!My father is 84 years old and ordered plants.

They were shipped in an undersized box and they were shriveled and looked like to cooked spinach. They did not re-ship for another two weeks and he was told they would arrive in 7 to 10 days it has now been 12 days and they still have not arrived. I have spent two hours on the phone, every time is a 20 minute wait. The one time I was on for 20 minutes and got totally disconnected at 5 o'clock when they close.

Customer's service would not give me an owners name or phone number.

My father is a small business owner and understands the importance of the customer wanting to speak directly with the owner.Do you really want to do business with a company that does not provide you with an owners name, e-mail or phone number?
